Bye-bye buffalo and hello, Harissa! Spiced and spicy, these flavorful wings coated in our Harissa Heat BLND® are just the thing to keep things hot this summer! Perfect for game day or entertaining, these spicy chicken wings require simple preparation, yet produce complex taste.
3 Lbs. Chicken wings
4 Tbsp. Harissa Heat BLND®
1 Tbsp. Kosher salt
1 Tbsp. Black pepper
1/3 Cup extra-virgin olive oil
1. Season wings with salt and pepper; transfer to a resealable bag with 4 Tbsp. of Harissa Heat BLND®. Let stand for 1 hour at room temperature, or in the refrigerator up to 1 day.
2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees, with a rimmed baking sheet inside. Wipe excess Harissa Heat BLND® from wings; coat lightly with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Carefully remove sheet from oven; add wings in a single layer. Roast, flipping once, until browned in spots, 35 to 40 minutes. Brush with remaining Harissa Heat BLND®.
3. Roast until crisp, 5 to 6 minutes more. Serve with Cilantro leaves and lime wedges and enjoy!
