Family, Food, Sports & Wellness. These four components are the driving forces behind Chef Andy Williams. Raised on the North Side of Chicago, Chef Andy's award-winning culinary career began in South Beach working with Norm Van Aiken, who Charlie Trotter has called the "Walt Whitman of American Cuisine". He later was hand-picked by the iconic and Hall-Of-Fame basketball player, Michael Jordan, to develop a progressive American cuisine menu for his "23" restaurant. Chef Andy also was awarded Instructor Of The Year at the legendary Le Cordon Bleu College Of Culinary Arts

His passion has always been sports and he later focused his practice on fueling high-performance athletes by developing custom menus that integrated health, wellness and nutrition - which is the backbone of the DNA at Kitchen Crafted.

Kitchen Crafted partnered with Chef Andy to showcase that we are not just an ordinary, boring spice and condiment company. He created innovative, bold and tasty recipes for us and showcased our vision of bringing globally inspired cuisines to American palettes. Many of which incorporated the use of multiple Kitchen Crafted products.
