Since a young age, Chef Giulianna has been passionate about food. She received her degree in Culinary Arts at the prestigious Johnson and Wales University and gained experience in the field working with chefs accredited by the James Beard Foundation, Michelin chefs, as well as Master chefs.
She is a highly-sought and highly-skilled SOBE Chef who has worked with iconic Chefs including: Scott Conant, Andrew Zimmern, Abel Veulens, Veronica Manolizi, Horacio Rivadero, Joan Roca, Todd Erickson, Lauren Hooks, Michelle Bernstein and many more!
Her favorite culinary styles are: French, Nouvelle, Haute, Molecular Gastronomy, Italian, Asian and Latin.
