Red, White, & Boom Fruit Skewers

If you’re familiar with Jen Pinkston, then you know she considers simplicity to be the secret ingredient for happiness. I guess it should come as no surprise that the creator of a blog called The Effortless Chic places great value in having a laid-back personality and easy-going lifestyle.

Come to think of it…who wouldn’t want that?!?!

But don’t confuse that approach with being lazy. In fact, Jen is constantly working…looking for new ways to help others simplify their lives. Providing healthy, easy-to-make recipes is one of the many ways she brings joy and happiness to the lives of others.

At Kitchen Crafted®, we appreciate all that Jen does, and we were incredibly excited to partner with her recently to create a holiday recipe that is sure to bring an explosion of flavor to your Fourth of July celebration!

From the kitchen of Jen Pinkston, with an assist from Kitchen Crafted®, we’re serving up Fourth of July Fruit Kabobs with Coconut Chai Dipping Sauce! It doesn’t get any easier or tastier, and by using the freshest ingredients from around the world (no fillers, preservatives or unpronounceable ingredients) it doesn’t get much healthier. For this particular treat, Jen used the Kitchen Crafted® Love My Chai BLND® to add a little extra flavor and flair to this delicious dish.

The full recipe is below, and it makes up to 36 skewers (depending how big you want them).
